What systems does the control tower integrate with?
We connect with major ERPs including SAP, NetSuite and MYOB, as well as freight forwarders, warehouse management systems and carrier tracking platforms. If your system has an API or supports data export, we can integrate with it. We also build custom connectors for legacy systems that lack modern integration options.
How much historical data do you need?
Ideally 12 to 24 months of sales and purchase order data for the most accurate demand forecasting. The AI model improves over time as it learns your seasonal patterns and demand cycles. However, it provides useful predictions from day one with as little as six months of historical data, and accuracy increases with each month of operation.
What happens after the 12-week build?
