AI Consulting | Njin
Find out exactly where your sales process is leaking.
A quick call with a specialist. No pitch. You will see where revenue is walking out the door and what it would take to fix it.
- ✓Specific to your business, not a generic audit
- ✓You get a clear picture before you commit anything
- ✓No obligation. If it does not fit, we will say so.
A quick call with a specialist. No pitch. You will see exactly where your sales process is leaking.
You know leads are falling through the cracks.
You just do not know exactly where, and every week that goes by costs you.
The team is busy. The tools are there. But the result is not.
What the call is
This is a 30-minute working conversation with one of the Njin team.
We look at your actual sales process, not a hypothetical one. We map where leads drop off, where follow-up breaks down and where manual work is eating time that should be going to revenue.
By the end of the call you will know:
- →The specific step in your process where the most value is leaking
- →Whether AI is the right fix, and what it would look like in your business
- →What a scoped build would cover, roughly what it involves and what outcome to expect
If we think you are not ready or it is not the right fit, we will tell you that too.
What Njin does
Njin builds AI systems that fix revenue bottlenecks in B2B businesses.
We do not sell slide decks or strategy documents. We build the thing, connect it to your existing tools and train your team to run it.
A typical engagement delivers:
- ✓An AI-powered lead response system that replies in under 5 minutes
- ✓Automated lead qualification so your team focuses on real buyers
- ✓A follow-up sequence that runs without your team having to remember anything
- ✓A CRM integration so every interaction is tracked without manual entry
- ✓Training and handover so your team owns the system, not us
How it works
Step 1
Book a time
Pick a 30-minute slot that works for you. No forms to fill in, no pre-call homework required.
Step 2
We map the leak
We walk through your current process together. One specialist, no sales team in the room. We find where the biggest revenue leak is and whether AI fixes it.
Step 3
If it fits, we scope the build
If there is a clear fit, we put together a scoped proposal. Fixed outcome, clear deliverables, no surprises. If there is no fit, we point you somewhere useful and part ways.
Who this is for
- ✓A B2B business turning over $1M or more with a sales process that is not converting as well as it should
- ✓A consultant, coach or service business losing leads to slow follow-up or manual qualification
- ✓A founder or sales leader who suspects AI could help but needs a clear answer, not a sales pitch
- ✓Someone who has budget in principle and is ready to move if the numbers make sense
Who it is not for
- ✗You are at the early idea stage with no existing customer base or sales process yet
- ✗You are looking for a quick software demo with no commitment from your side
- ✗You need a result in under 30 days with no flexibility on scope
- ✗You are not in a position to make or influence a budget decision
No pitch. No follow-up pressure. No obligation.
If the call does not give you something useful, you have lost 30 minutes. That is the full risk.
We do not send a proposal unless you ask for one. We do not chase you after the call. If there is a fit, you will know it in the conversation.
Common questions
What actually happens on the call?
One person from the Njin team, usually a specialist who has worked on revenue systems before, walks through your current sales or ops process with you. We find the leak. We tell you what we see honestly. If AI is a good fit, we explain what that looks like for your business specifically.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
No. It helps to have a rough sense of where your biggest sales frustration is right now, but we can work that out together on the call if you are not sure.
Will I get a pitch?
No. The call is diagnostic. If there is a genuine fit, we will tell you and we can scope something. If there is not, we will say so. Either way, you get a clear answer.
How long does the call take?
30 minutes. We stick to that. If there is obvious fit and you want to keep talking, we will book a follow-up.
What does a typical project cost?
It depends on scope. We do not publish pricing because every engagement is different. What we can tell you is that we scope to a defined outcome, not an hourly rate. You will know what you are getting before you commit.
What if I am not ready yet?
That is fine. If you take the call and it is clear that a few things need to come together first, we will tell you exactly what those things are and send you somewhere useful. No hard feelings.
Stop guessing where the leak is.
A 30-minute call tells you more about your sales process than most businesses learn in a year of trial and error.
