We started Njin after watching the same thing happen again and again. A business pays for AI advice, gets a polished deck, then nothing changes. The team is busy. No one owns the build. Six months on, the deck is in a drawer.

So we do it the other way round. We sit with your team, find the one place AI will move revenue fastest, and build it with them in the room. They watch it come together, so they trust it and they can extend it.
